New residents may set up utility service directly through the City of Fate. The City provides information for new accounts, deposits, billing, and service requirements through its Utility Billing department.

Pay Your Water Bill
Utility payments are handled by the City of Fate. The City offers several payment options, including online payment, automatic draft, pay by phone, text to pay, credit card, cash, check, and money order. Utility statements are due on the 15th of each month.
